wowza- I can't feel my arms, or my legs for that matter- I just joined a gym and my very sweet looking trainer has been making me pay. The weekend is coming back to me with a vengeance.
Anyhoo- back to musical workouts- this little cheeky chappie is a South American banger (excuse the dreadfully 90's slang)- amazing!!!
