Poutine is a traditional dish from Canada, it comprises of thick cut chips that are drenched in gravy, which are then lavishly adorned with some 'cheese curds'. The stuff I had was served in a takeaway box...it was fookin delicious and I would quite happily eat another box right now. Poutine is my new favourite.
